Tables Menu (Only in Restaurant/Cafe Outlets)
Cashiers can choose any available table for the customer and add products to it. The order can then be placed on hold until the customer calls for the bill, at which point this table’s hold order can be added to the cart and placed, and the sales receipt/invoice can be given to the customer.

This kitchen view, which can be operated in any system in the Kitchen, shows hold orders in the restaurant mode outlets. When an order is ready, click the Ready button to remove it from the Kitchen View.
Cashiers can search for, add, edit, and delete customers here. By clicking the Set Customer button, a customer can be chosen for the order.
Cashiers can check online, offline, and hold order details in this menu. For both online and offline orders, an order receipt/invoice can be generated. Hold orders can be added back to the cart and placed, or they can be deleted.
All of the sales reports for that day will be displayed in this menu. Transactions for both the In and Out cash reports can be generated manually here.
There are two types of settings in this menu: Outlet and Account. Cashiers can enable or disable the display of category cards on the home page in the outlet settings. Printer page configuration can be done instantly here according to the printer, and global configuration will be loaded by default. If any changes are made to the outlet data from the backend, pressing the Reset button will load the most recent data into the POS. Switch Outlet allows you to change to any other assigned outlet. Cashier can change its profile data and password in account settings.
Adding Custom Product
Custom Products can be added to the cart if the feature is enabled in the backend. The cashier only needs to enter the name, price, and quantity for the custom product here before it can be placed.
Adding Products via Barcode
After opening this popup, products can be added to the cart by entering or scanning the barcode.
If the customer requests it, the cashier can place any order on hold in the grocery/retail outlet, and in the restaurant/café outlet, after selecting the table, order can be placed on hold while it’s preparing, and after the customer finished eating and calls for the bill, that table’s hold order can be added to cart and placed for the customer. Orders can be sent to the kitchen automatically or manually via the Send to Kitchen button from here.
From the backend, you can enable or disable this feature. When adding any product with weight to the cart, a popup will appear asking for the weight. The product’s price is automatically calculated based on the weight entered.
Updating Cart Products
Right from the cart, the cashier can change the price and quantity of the product.
Adding Coupons and Discounts
Cashiers can add coupons and custom discounts as fixed or percentage discounts to customers’ carts.
If there is no internet connection at the time, the order will be placed as offline, and when the internet connection is restored, the cashier will be able to sync those offline orders online.
By selecting the products in the order, the cashier can perform refunds or returns for orders from the POS. There is an option to enable or disable restocking of refunded items, as well as to enter the reason for the refund.
Following the placement of an order, a sales invoice/receipt can be generated and printed. Invoices for previous orders can be printed from the orders menu.
