Progressive Web App
The Point of Sale Progressive Web App can be installed on desktops and tablets, and the app icon is created on the home screen. The Point of Sale can then be opened in the app interface.
Tables Menu (Only in Restaurant/Cafe Outlets)
Cashiers can choose any available table for the customer and add products to it. The order can then be placed on hold until the customer calls for the bill, at which point this table’s hold order can be added to the cart and placed, and the sales receipt/invoice can be given to the customer.
Kitchen View (Only in the Restaurant/Cafe Outlets)

Customers Menu

Settings Menu

If any changes are made to the outlet data from the backend, pressing the Reset button will load the most recent data into the POS. Switch Outlet allows you to change to any other assigned outlet. Cashier can change its profile data and password in account settings.
Adding Custom Product
Custom Products can be added to the cart if the feature is enabled in the backend. The cashier only needs to enter the name, price, and quantity for the custom product here before it can be placed.
Adding Products via Barcode
After opening this popup, products can be added to the cart by entering or scanning the barcode.
Hold Order
If the customer requests it, the cashier can place any order on hold in the grocery/retail outlet, and in the restaurant/café outlet, after selecting the table, order can be placed on hold while it’s preparing, and after the customer finished eating and calls for the bill, that table’s hold order can be added to cart and placed for the customer. Orders can be sent to the kitchen automatically or manually via the Send to Kitchen button from here.
Unit/Weight-Based Pricing
From the backend, you can enable or disable this feature. When adding any product with weight to the cart, a popup will appear asking for the weight. The product’s price is automatically calculated based on the weight entered.
Updating Cart Products
Right from the cart, the cashier can change the price and quantity of the product.
Adding Coupons and Discounts
Cashiers can add coupons and custom discounts as fixed or percentage discounts to customers’ carts.
Offline Order
If there is no internet connection at the time, the order will be placed as offline, and when the internet connection is restored, the cashier will be able to sync those offline orders online.
Order Refund/Return
By selecting the products in the order, the cashier can perform refunds or returns for orders from the POS. There is an option to enable or disable restocking of refunded items, as well as to enter the reason for the refund.
Sales Receipt/Invoice
Following the placement of an order, a sales invoice/receipt can be generated and printed. Invoices for previous orders can be printed from the orders menu.
Pay Screen
Here, the cashier can enter the amount from the various payment methods that customers are using to pay. If the order’s backend allows it, an order note can be added. The cashier will receive automatic tendered suggestions here for a faster checkout.
