The WooCommerce Min Max Quantity & Step Control plugin allows you to specify a product’s minimum and maximum quantity.

You can set global values for all products. All products will have the same values.
Values can be set by category. In this case, the minimum, maximum, and step values will only apply to the selected categories.
You can also set values for each product separately. Product label values will take precedence over global and category values.
Plugin Features
Global settings
To set global values, go to WooCommerce > Min Max Step Quantity. These standards will be applied to all products. If you select a category here, this global setting will only apply to those categories. To find out more, go to the Shop page. Every product has a minimum of 10, a maximum of 100, and a step value of 5. (Unless TERMS or Individual Values override it.)
Terms wise configure
To set values by terms, go to WooCommerce > Min Max Step Quantity. Choose terms and values. Product category, product tag, product type, product visibility, and many other options are available.
To change the value, click the + plus icon. It will bring up a window where you can enter values.
It should be noted that it will override the global values.
Go to the Music section. All products have a minimum value of 2, a maximum value of 10, a step value of 2, and a default value of 2 (unless Individual Values are used).
Configure for each product
You can customize the values for each product separately. These values will take precedence over global and term values. Go to the Product page. This product’s minimum value is 15, its maximum value is 225, and its step value is 10.
Conditions for cart page
On the cart page, you can specify conditions. Go to WooCommerce > Min Max Step Quantity and look for the “CART PAGE CONDITIONS” section. You can then set a minimum/maximum price and a minimum/maximum quantity to checkout.
