YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote Premium (4.28.0) Nulled

YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote Premium Nulled enables you to activate a quote request system for users in your shop who are interested in one or more specific products. The plugin was designed to provide better assistance to your customers when they inquire about the total cost of their order.

Quotes are sent via email, and you can attach a PDF copy for a more professional appearance. You can also choose whether to allow all users in your shop to request a quote or only registered users with a specific WordPress role.

What you can gain from it:

  • Add products and services with no set price to your catalog and allow customers to request custom quotes;
  • Hide the price and Add to Cart button for each product to encourage customers to contact you for a customized offer.
  • To create a competitive pricing strategy, conceal your prices from your competitors.
  • Use the scarcity principle by sending out temporary quotes and notifying customers when the offer is about to expire to entice them to buy right away.
  • Every step of the quote process can be easily managed. When a customer accepts the quote, he is redirected to the payment page, and the quote is converted to an order.
  • Create quotes manually for customers who contact you by phone or in person at your shop/office.

The complete solution for allowing your customers to request a custom quote for the products they want.

Many shopkeepers sell goods or services for which a price label is insufficient.

A buyer usually prefers to contact the supplier to negotiate an ad hoc price solution for off-the-shelf or customized items, for which large quantities of the same product may be purchased. A quote request is a channel that allows for negotiation, which is difficult to achieve in online stores.

YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote has been expressly designed to provide a channel of communication between customers and suppliers, going beyond those traditional — and sometimes restrictive — e-commerce platforms where you can only show a custom price for a single product, with no way to quote multiple products at the same time.

One of the most difficult aspects of online shopping, communicating and negotiating with potential customers, may be solved by using a quote request form.

On your product pages, you can display a “Add to Quote” button or link thanks to our plugin. Customers can add products to a list, complete the form, and then request a custom quote.

It is also possible to hide the “Add to cart” buttons to encourage customers to contact the suppliers: this way, you can hide wholesale or retailer prices while providing competitive custom prices based on their needs. The actual negotiation takes place right here.

Choose WHERE to show the “Add to quote” button

You can enable the “Add to quote button” on all of your product pages or only on specific products, categories, or tags. You can use the built-in exclusion list to specify where to show or hide the quote button, displaying it only on product pages or in WooCommerce shortcodes (like the Shop page etc.). If you want, you can activate (or deactivate) the quote option only for out-of-stock products: the plugin is extremely versatile, with nearly limitless configuration options.

Customize the button colors and texts

Choose whether to display a text link or a proper button, and configure every detail related to the style, such as the text, position, or colors, to ensure it completely fits your shop layout.

Choose WHO will see the “Add to quote” button

Select whether the “Add to quote” button should be visible to all users or hidden from guest users (those who have not yet registered or logged in). You can also restrict the quote request option to only certain user roles.

Hide the product price and the “Add to cart” buttons

Hide the price from all of your products, along with the Cart button, if you want to enable the quote request option across the board and ensure that your customers contact you about the product price. It only takes two clicks to convert your e-commerce store into a product catalog!

Customize the quote request page

Set the layout for your quote request page (show the form on the right or bottom) and select which details to display in the product list. Use the shortcode on a page that you can customize however you want, such as with a custom image in the header or some extra text content.

Let users monitor their list of products through the built-in widgets

Use the widget in the header or sidebar so your users can keep track of them and quickly access their product list.

Use and customize the built-in form

The plugin comes with a default form where you can add or remove fields, sort them, and change the text. You can also enable auto-complete, which will automatically fill the form with the user’s saved details if they are logged in, as well as the optional reCaptcha. The most intriguing aspect, however, is that the information entered by the user will be automatically linked to WooCommerce fields and embedded in the quote and related order.

Use a Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WP Forms, or Ninja Forms form

If you don’t want to use the default form, the plugin works with other plugins that allow you to create and manage forms, such as Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Ninja Forms.

Monitor quote requests from the table available in the plugin and download them as a CSV file

You can keep track of all quote requests and their various statuses using the table included in plugin version 3.1. You can also filter requests by status, customer, or date from the same page and download information as a CSV file.

Enable the automatic quote option to send out the default product prices

You can use the YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote to create custom quotes. However, you can enable automatic quotes so that whenever a customer sends a request, the quote is automatically sent out showing the default prices of your products (the prices you set in your shop and that are hidden by the “Hide prices” option). You can enable this option with a single click, and the plugin will handle the rest.

Create a quote manually and send it to the customer who will not have to fill out the form

A customer calls or comes to your office and requests a price estimate? With this plugin, you can manually create a quote and send it to your customer, saving them the trouble and time of doing it themselves.

Choose whether to enable the automatic generation of orders with the status “New quote request” for all requests submitted

The main strength of this plugin is the management of quote requests: you can manage them manually or, more importantly, enable the automatic generation of the order. All quote requests will be saved in the Orders panel with the custom status “New quote request” as a result. You will be able to send your quote directly from the Orders page, and if the customer accepts and pays, the order status will be updated automatically. Clear, simple, and fast.

Generate, send and monitor your quotes right from the admin panel

The entire quotation process can be fully monitored and managed from the backend: quote requests are saved in the Orders list, and to send the quote, simply open the order, set up some options, and click the button to send it. It only takes a few seconds and a few clicks.

Edit the product prices and add shipping fees, extra costs or coupon codes to the quote

Before sending the quote, you can change the product prices (by lowering them slightly to offer a discount), add shipping fees or other costs, and apply a discount code to the quote (for example, a 10% discount for a customer who buys from you frequently or for the first time).

Leverage the urgency principle and set up a deadline for the quote

Create a one-of-a-kind offer that your user will be unable to refuse, and use scarcity and urgency principles by setting an expiration date for the quote. If the discounted price is only available for a limited time, the customer is more likely to accept it and complete the purchase as soon as possible in order to avoid missing out.

Create a PDF version of the quote, which will be attached to the email and available for download in the My Account section

Enable the generation of a PDF copy of the quote and specify whether it should be attached to the quote email or made available for download in the My Account area.

Use the advanced Gutenberg builder to customize the Quote PDF

Choose from nine different layouts and personalize the PDF Quote with the new advanced Gutenberg editor. You can create beautiful custom quotes by adding text blocks, images, and changing the colors.

Allow customers to monitor their quote requests right from My Account page

Users will be able to monitor the status of their quote requests, download the PDF version of the quote (if enabled), and view the details of each quote request thanks to the “Quotes” section in My Account.

Enable the option to “Accept | Reject” the quote

Allow your customers to accept or decline the quote offer by clicking on the link in the email or PDF quote.

If the quote is accepted, redirect the user right to the checkout page

After accepting the quote, the customer will be redirected to the checkout page to complete the purchase at the agreed-upon price.

Send follow-up emails to remind customers about the quote

YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote includes two different follow-up emails: one that can be sent to customers X days after the quote is created, and another that can be sent to customers X days before the quote expires. You can use these emails to recover pending quotes and remind customers about your proposals.

Enable the “Ask for a quote” button on the checkout page

On the checkout page, enable this option to convert your customer’s cart into a quote request.

Let customers convert their cart into a quote request

Display a “Ask for a quote” button on the cart page to allow customers to convert the contents of their shopping cart into a quote request. The button will launch a modal window containing the same form that appears on the request a quote page.
